In the house most of them are foreigners who mostly do internships or professional practices, the ticos who live in the house are people who work or study. In general, young people between 20 and 25-26 years old want to have a good time but they also have obligations.
The house is a considered place to rest and share, this is why parties are not allowed and the noise schedules during the week are controlled (but we are young people dont forget that)
Similarly we have strict policy regarding the order and cleanliness of things and common spaces, in addition to ensure that it is always clean and tidy we have a cleaning person who is responsible for cleaning common areas and bathrooms from Monday to Saturday.
The rooms are furnished with a double bed, desk, office chair, closet-rack or shelf, large mirror, laundry basket, trash can, desk lamp, bedding and blankets, pillows and decoration.
The house is fully equipped.
The price of the rent is $ 300 per month (out of any platform) which also includes water, electricity, Internet with fiber optic connection of 50MB and Wi-Fi throughout the house, cable TV in living room, kitchen gas, access to Netflix and Spotify Premium , postal box, cleaning from Monday to Saturday,
In addition there is a fee to cover the cost of cleaning items as if many things commonly used in the kitchen such as condiments, sauces and others, like bath things like paper, hand soap and so on. That fee is $ 10 per month.
