We rent a double room in a very large and quiet house available since 30th of december. it is located near the mall las rosas with carrefour, mercadona supermarket nearby and other supermarkets and convenience stores on the neighborhood . just over 15 minutes of city centre sol on line 2. it is near to metro and very well located. the house is warm , not cold , with heating , clothes , floors , bathroom with bath, terrace and a great kitchen , fully furnished and share with two very quiet people. i do speak very good english myself. it is 300€ all expenses included in the price, high speed internet, much more than adsl, we have dsl up to 35 mb speed
