The Cozy and comfortable double bedroom apartment is located on a quite street, just 2 blocks to the main street and bus station. Enjoying the Greek traditional home-made kitchen near by. As well souvlaki and giros on the main street.

Piraeus or Pireas is the port of Athens, you take the train to get to Athens (Acropolis, Syntagma etc)
As the apartment is cozy and practical, It is ideal for both business and vacation use.
The fully furnished apartment is 55 sq on the 2nd fl, consist of
- one main bedroom with A/C, door to the balcony as well a window with a double bed.
- Second
- leaving room with couch (can become a bed for 2), A/C, TV, Stereo system, door to the balcony.
- a bathroom fully equipped: hot water (switch on/off), towel, and etc.
- kitchen fully equipped (all the amenities, fridge, cooking appliance, microwave oven...) as well a table for 4.
You can enjoy FREE Internet and Satellite TV.

The apartment lies very close to the port of Piraeus - the Athens' port - about 300m to the international port (docking Cruise Ships) and about 500m from the boat to the islands. it is very close to the beach Peiraiki (ideal place for romantic walks) as well to the yacht docking and coffee/bar/pool/restaurants (Marina Zeas, Pasalimani and Mikrolimano).

1 min from the house the bus station 909 takes to the center of Piraeus, the port as well to the train that intersect with the metro for the airport and other destinations in Attica including center of Athens.

I will provide you with all necessary guidance for an enjoyable vacation and easy stay for business.

There is an additional bedroom is accessible in case there is extra people after 2 guests.
Interaction with Guests

I am available any time on my mobile phone or (website hidden) for any request that guest might need.
I will pass by the apartment from time to time to check if there is any need from the guests.

The Neighborhood

The apartment is very near to the see.
the guest can experience walking on the beach and enjoy sunset.
Getting around

there is a bus station 1min from the apartment where the bus 909 stops to take you to the center of Piraeus, the port to the train station, and suburban railway, as well to other station that can take you to the airport.
I provide car transportation from and to the airport with additional fee.
Other Things to Note

I will provide you with a remote control that will be necessary for lighting the stairs when you leave/return to the apartment.
