The house is intended solely for resting, studying and eating. Therefore, house parties are prohibited at any time and any day of the week. It is sought that there is a good atmosphere in a quiet place to work and good coexistence.

Each person is responsible for the cleanliness and order of their private space. It is not allowed to have pets or smoke.
