Rental Agreement.
1, When the term of lease is shorter than a month, the shall be pro-rated by nightly rates, regarding the rates as
Consisting of, Shorter than a week: 3500yen/per night/single. 6000yen/per night/2guests
Form 7nights to 29nights: from 3428yen to 2150yen/per night/single. From 5428yen to 2700yen/per night/2guests
2, Please keep the noise down, especially after midnight (from 12p.m. to 6a.m)
3, Rooms are not to be shared or sublet to anyone else, unless you have permission from the manager.
4, Please clean up when you have finished, eating. Wash your dishes and clean up any spills or mess, you have
made when cooking.
5, No parking bikes and motorbikes in the building except in our house,
6, No smoking in the rooms, the roof in our house except the dining room
7, If any damage to the rental property, being caused by a tenant. The tenant is asked to pay the reparation cost.
8, Should the tenant made a source of discomfort and trouble to the other tenants, the landlord reserves the right
to cancel the Rental Agreement immediately without notice.
9, Any violation of these rules will result in you being asked to leave, without notice.
10, If the tenants lost the our house’s key, one key for \1500 will be asked to pay.

How do I book an accommodation?

 
Booking with us is really easy. You just have to go to the accommodation page you are interested in. Select the dates you wish to stay there. Afterwards, you select the option of the type of room you want.

Once you have selected all these options, on your right hand side, you are going to see a summary of your reservation with all the information about the accommodation, with its prices. When you are booking you only have to pay the little deposit.

Once the host has been chosen by you and a deposit has been paid upon booking, the  host will confirm the availability of the services required and process your booking, at that time you receive a second e-mail with confirmation of your place.
